If you have a question to which you cannot find the answer in the list below, you can email us and we will do our best to reply within 48 hours.

The size of the cards is 16cm x 16cm and each card is accompanied by a beautifully coloured soft-touch envelope. More product details can be found when clicking on the main image of each card in the first page of the E-Shop.

Delivery charges and times vary according to the number of cards you order and the destination zone. You can find full details by clicking HERE.

Payments can be made via debit or credit card. We use a fully secure payment system, the details of which you can find by clicking on "Secure payment" at the bottom of each page or HERE.

Once you have placed your order and your payment has gone through you will receive a confirmation email indicating your order number. Your order will be automatically activated and delivered via the postal service within the time shown in the "Delivery" tab.

We use the postal service which generally provides a reliable delivery in the promised times. However, please allow an extra 2 days before contacting us, in case there has been some delay. If after 2 extra days you have still not received your order, it may be a rare case of "lost in the post". In this case we apologise and request that you please send us an email via the "Contact us" tab on the website indicating your order number and whether you wish us to reimburse you or to send a repeat package.

Yes, an invoice will be included with your delivery.
